Dispatch times.
All items ordered are dispatched in 3-5 working days.
UK Delivery First Class (No insurance)
This form of delivery doesnt require a signature upon receipt. Delivery
is normally the next working day but please allow up to 5 FULL working days
before contacting us.
Please Note: Shipping method is selected and paid for by the customer so any
lost or damaged mail can only be refunded to the maximum amount recived from Royal Mail after a claim.
UK Recorded Delivery (1st Class Recorded, L34.00 Insurance).
This form of delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Delivery is normally
the next working day but please allow up to 5 FULL working days before contacting
us.
Please Note: Shipping method is selected and paid for by the customer so any
lost or damaged goods can only be refunded to the maximum insurance allowance
for that shipping method or value of goods, what ever is the lesser amount.
Damaged Goods.
All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit
by Royal Mail. Should a product arrive damaged please contact me.
Undelivered / Lost Goods.
If after 5 days ( UK ) from the date your order was dispatched (this excludes
Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays) your goods are still undelivered please
follow the following procedure: Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting
office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good/s. If no
one was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned to the
postal sorting office / depot where they are stored for a period of 5 - 10 days.
If after this period of time the goods have still not been collected they will
be either destroyed by Royal Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned
post can take up to 5 weeks). If the goods have been returned to us please refer
to the section further down this page. If the goods are not at your local sorting
office / depot please contact us to inform that your goods have not arrived.
Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the goods
were ordered.
Please Note: The shipping method is selected by the customer & Royal Mail
recorded delivery only covered for L34 compensation if they are lost or damaged
so you should be aware that this is the maximum amount that can be refunded
by us on a lost or damaged items dispatched using this system.
We will endevour to replace your goods if it transpires that Royal Mail have
lost your items. Please note that this is after we have investigated the matter
ourselves and supplied Royal Mail with the tracking number for your parcel and
confirmation from Royal Mail that the error is theirs.
Faulty Goods Returned.
I believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions
where you feel it necessary to return an item. I aim to keep the process as
simple as possible. With any returns you must send the faulty disks back, a
replacement will be sent to you ASAP.
It is recommended that you place a mark on your item so as to avoid any dispute
originality.
Unwanted Goods After Delivery.
This is not acceptable, if you make an order and receive the goods you can not
cancel, failing to pay for the good will get you banned from the site.
Incorrectly Ordered Goods.
Only you can add to the cart so there should be no mistakes by you.
Incorrectly Supplied Goods.
Goods incorrectly supplied by us can be returned to us and exchanged for the
correct goods. Please enclose your order number, your address and the goods
actually required. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were
supplied. If any goods are returned damaged they will be returned to you.

Refund Policy.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Management.
Clothing.
We will accept returns of all clothing items as long as they are in the original
packaging and unused. Please e-mail us before returning any item. If you ordered
the incorect size, then unfortunately we cannot refund the return postage costs.
We will, however refund the return postage costs if the item was sent to you
in error, we sent the wrong size (all records of your order are kept for 60
days) or was faulty. email us at Sales.
CDs and other Media.
We will only refund your money if the CD or other media is faulty. Due to pirates
acting in an un-Aryan way and making copies of the CDs then returning them,
this stops us refunding without quibble on these items. To return a CD or other
media, please email us at Sales to discuss the problem with your CDMedia.
All other Items
We will refund, no quibble on all other items, if damaged or not as described
please email us before you ship the item back letting us know what the problem
is and wait until we contact you before returning the item. If you have any
questions regarding our Warranty, or any other matter, please do not hesitate
